Turn on AmazonSmile
Open the app and find ’Settings’ in the main menu (☰). Tap on ‘AmazonSmile’ and follow the on-screen instructions to turn on AmazonSmile on your phone.

Sign in or create an account. Under Smith’s Inspiring Donations, click “Enroll.” Enter PC897 or at least three letters of “Immunize Nevada” and click “Search.” Click the button next to our name. Click to complete your enrollment.
